Open House NYC: An Old Convent Turned Luxury Home

On June 18th, NBC's Open House NYC featured Patrick Lilly and 38 Prince Street on historic Prince Street. Patrick toured viewers through the stunning property originally built in the 1820s, with significant ties to old New York. Once the site of the school and convent of Saint Patrick’s old cathedral, the space has been beautifully reimagined as a luxurious townhouse filled with every conceivable amenity.
