Bond No. 9 is a New York based perfume house launched in 2003 by Laurice Rahmé, as the first and only niche New York fragrance company. The products are for men and women. They have locations throughout Manhattan, even 9 Bond Street in NoHo.
As if it’s not tough enough to find the right property in New York City, given the absurdly fractional vacancy rates, lack of inventory, skyrocketing valuations and “American Ninja”-type competition among stark-raving buyers.
